LEGAL ADVISOR(S) REQUIRED

Applications are invited for the appointment of Legal Advisor(s) on per case basis in Government College University Faisalabad from qualified, competent, motivated, and innovative, goal oriented & committed legal practitioners (Pakistani Nationals) for the position(s) of Legal Advisor(s) on the following eligibility criteria and terms & conditions:-

A. Eligibility Criteria for High Court Cases:-

Qualification & Experience LLM from any HEC recognized Institution. The Candidate should be enrolled as an Advocate of Supreme Court of Pakistan. Minimum of 10 Years professional experience in High Court practice including a minimum of 03 years relevant experience in dealing with the matters of Higher Educational Institutions.

B. Eligibility Criteria for Local Court Cases:-

Qualification & Experience LLB from any HEC recognized Institution. The Candidate should be enrolled as an Advocate of High Court. Minimum of 15 years professional experience in High Court practice including a minimum 05 years relevant experience in dealing with the matters of Higher Educational Institutions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Appointment shall be made on case to case basis for the cases of Supreme Court of Pakistan, Lahore High Court, and District Courts on the prescribed/approved rates of the University.
Preference will be given to the Candidate(s) who has/have rich experience of dealing with the cases of University affairs and are well-versed with the University Rules & Regulations etc.
The interested candidates may send their C.V to the Office of University Attorney Government College University, Faisalabad along with attested copies of documents on or before 05 March, 2025 positively.
A Committee constituted by the Vice Chancellor would assess/recommend a panel of candidates, on the basis of required professional credentials of the Candidates, for further appointment.
The University reserves the right not to recommended / consider any application without assigning any reason.

Note:- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Preference will be given to highly qualified candidates. The University is not responsible if call letters are delayed or not received due to any lapse of Courier Agency¹/ Post Office/Telephonic Message. No TA/DA is admissible when called for interview.
