Position : CREATIVE DESIGN HEAD
REQUIRED:
- Lead & inspire the team of designers to conceptualize and execute innovative retail designs across multiple touchpoints.
- Develop and communicate a cohesive design strategy that reflects the brand’s vision, identity & mission.
- Over see design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high standards & consistency across all retail environments.
- Work closely with Senior leadership to drive the creative direction in line with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Marketing and store operations to create customer centric and on-brand design solutions.
- Stay on top of industry trends, technologies and design innovations to continuously evolve and inspire creative solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constrains.
- Mentor and develop junior designers, fostering a creative and collaborative team environment.
- Have complete understanding and command to create assessment plans.
EXPERIENCE:
- 8+ years of experience in design with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the retail or fashion industry.
- Proven portfolio showcasing innovative design projects.
- Expertise in design software and ready to implement new innovative design tools.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design & Merchandising, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field.
