Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for operational KPIs of Production lines.
Responsible for Production KPIs’ (Yields, Sustainability) detailed Analysis and improvement plans.
Responsible for end-to-end operation & supervision of production and maintenance.
Responsible for carrying out Scheduling, Ordering & Budgeting of Annual/Preventive Maintenance of Lines.
Assist the Head of Production in OPEX & CAPEX.
Manage 100% SAP Operation, Cycle count & reconciliation of RM Stocks.
Assessment & timely procurement of critical spare parts & consumables to ensure smooth operations.
Ensured Safety Compliance to achieve “Zero incidents in the workplace”.
Ensure adherence to GMP and HSE standards on the shop floor.
Keeping Liaison with quality and warehouse functions for efficient delivery of a quality product.

Position : Labellor Operator – Krones

Job Responsibilities:

Must be able to perform the smooth and efficient Labeler operation at rated speed and follow quality standards.
Set up and configure Labelling machine based on product specifications and labeling requirements.
Quickly respond to and resolve any mechanical or technical issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure proper adjustments and alignment for accurate and consistent labeling.
Conduct regular inspections of labeled products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Able to perform Preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance on machine.

Position : Reverse Osmosis Operator

Job Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain the RO plant and CLT system.
Conduct water quality tests for raw water, soft water, and treated water.
Ensure proper chlorination in raw, treated, and soft water.
Perform periodic filter changes and backwashing of sand, carbon filters, and polishers.
Regenerate water softeners and oversee the annual maintenance of filters, softeners, RO systems, and storage tanks.
Conduct quality tests on bottle rinse water and prepare chemicals for water treatment.
Maintain cleanliness and adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in all relevant areas.
Monitor and ensure compliance with OPRP (Operational Pre-requisite Programs) and CCP (Critical Control Points).
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all activities.
