WE’RE HIRING! EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support the CEO with day-to-day tasks like managing schedules, emails and meetings.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and others, ensuring smooth communication.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports and presentations as needed.
- Arrange travel plans (Domestic & International), including flights, hotels and schedules.
- Keep track of deadlines, prioritize tasks and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Help organize events, meetings and other office activities.
- Maintain important records and files for easy access.
- Suggest ways to improve the CEO’s daily workflow and office processes.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a graduate.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG or a corporate environment.
- Good skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
