Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company is on the lookout for an Officer Accounts, for our Karachi Head Office.
Location: Karachi Head Office
Requirements: ACCA qualified with 3-5 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
Responsibility:
- Compile and report monthly expenses, accruals & reversals for monthly closing.
- Prepare monthly & quarterly accounts of Thar Foundation.
- EOR of financial statements and variance analysis budget vs actual of TF.
- Prepare BAC & BOD Pack and circulation.
- Coordinate in annual corporate plan with related interfaces.
- Monthly monitoring of CP budget (Opex & Capex) upon utilization through PR/PO/AR issuance.
- Maintain fixed asset register like, addition, disposal, transfer etc.
- Cleanse GRIR activities.
- Submit returns/statement to relevant tax authorities as per regulations.
- Post FI invoices / DESs / MM invoices as per the set SOPs.
