We provide challenges and opportunities for both personal and professional development. Currently, we are looking for: Maintenance Specialist – Coal Handling

The ideal candidate should have the following qualification, experience and skill sets:

Associate/College degree or above in Thermal Power Engineering or related mechanical equipment fields.
Under 45 years old, with more than 4 years of experience in maintenance of coal handling equipment for thermal power units of 300MW and above, or technical management of maintenance of coal handling systems in other coal enterprises. More than 2 years of experience in technical management of coal handling equipment in the production technology department of related enterprises.
Be familiar with the structure, system and principle of coal handling and terminal equipment, as well as knowledge of relevant technical specifications and standards in coal handling. Understanding of power plant production processes is essential.
Proficient in the structure of coal handling equipment, maintenance process requirements, and technical standards.
Proficiency in using production and office software.
Basic proficiency in Chinese are preferred. (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

The main responsibilities of the position will involve:

Responsible for the equipment management, operation management and safety management of coal transportation and port machinery, responsible for the CTS coal unloading management.
Responsible for the technical supervision and management of coal transportation; responsible for organizing the solution of difficult technical problems in coal transportation; responsible for organizing the developing of technical transformation plans for coal transportation.
Responsible for develop and manage plans for spare parts and materials required for coal transport system equipment.
Responsible for organizing the equipment maintenance, fault elimination, and planned maintenance management of the equipment under the of the coal transportation major/system.
Responsible for organizing the preparation, revision and review of technical documents such as maintenance procedures and technical standards for coal transportation.
Responsible for analyzing unsafe incidents in coal transportation and developing corrective measures.
Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by Management/leadership and the department.
