WE ARE HIRING! BRANCH MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our engineering office in Lahore and the surrounding region. This role involves driving business development, strengthening client relationships, managing project delivery and ensuring smooth coordination with the Head Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales & Client Management:

Conduct sales meetings with clients to explore business opportunities and expand market reach.
Pursue outstanding payments from clients and ensure timely collections.
Process and follow up on bill claims with clients and relevant departments.

Business Development & Market Analysis:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and adapt to market trends.
Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve growth targets.

Project & Operations Management:

Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and designers to maintain high performance.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control procedures.

Coordination & Reporting:

Act as a key liaison between the branch and the Head Office for operational updates and strategic alignment.
Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in the engineering industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management.
Proven track record in project execution and business growth.
Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
