Position: MTO (Disbursement Section) – Finance

Requirements
Jinn Petroleum Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join the Disbursement Section of our Finance Department. The MTO will be responsible for assisting in the efficient processing of payments, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the disbursement team in maintaining accurate financial records. This role is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in financial operations within a dynamic and growing organization.
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in finance or accounting roles.
Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation, verification, and processing of payments (vendor payments, employee reimbursements, utility bills, etc.). • Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds in compliance with company policies and procedures. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. • Verify supporting documents for payments and ensure proper filing and documentation. • Assist in preparing disbursement-related reports for management review. • Support the implementation of new systems or tools to enhance payment processing efficiency. • Provide support to senior team members as required.
