𝗪𝗘’𝗥𝗘 𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚! Join Us as a Flexo Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Flexo (Miraflex) Machine Operator to lead and operate our flexographic printing operations efficiently. This role offers an opportunity to work with advanced machinery in a dynamic environment.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Operate and set up Miraflex flexographic printing machine to meet job specifications.
Conduct routine maintenance and ensure optimal machine performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production runs.
Calibrate machines to ensure proper ink levels, print quality, and registration.
Lead and supervise a team to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
Monitor print quality throughout production and conduct regular quality checks.
Review job cards before each run to ensure specifications are understood and followed.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including job completion times and materials used.
Proactively address potential issues to ensure smooth production with minimal downtime.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

4+ years of experience operating Flexo (Miraflex) Machines with a deep understanding of flexographic printing techniques.
Minimum DAE or equivalent (technical certification in printing/machinery operation is a plus).
Strong leadership skills with prior experience supervising and mentoring a team.
Knowledge of machine setup, operation, and preventive maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to interpret job cards and production specifications accurately.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with safety procedures and dedication to a safe work environment.
