Position: Executive Compliance
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in developing and reviewing policies, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Maintain records as per document control procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and report findings.
- Support audit plan execution and follow-up on audit observations.
- Issue and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Maintain records of NCRs and audit observations.
- Perform tasks as assigned by the line manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Total Quality Management, Compliance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook along with SAP. Apply
Position: HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and maintain a risk-based annual audit plan aligned with company goals and regulations.
- Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
- Conduct audits across key areas like production, sales, and compliance.
- Report audit findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.
- Act as a risk management advisor and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
- Lead the audit team, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: ACA or ACCA qualification required.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in audit, with 5+ years in a senior role, ideally in manufacturing or retail.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook along with SAP. Apply
