1. Thematic Expert (Human Rights & Labour Rights)

• Number of Posts: 01
• Salary: Equivalent to PPS-8
• Minimum Qualification and Experience:
  Master’s degree in Human Rights, Administrative Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, International Trade) from a National or International HEC-recognized university with in-depth knowledge of international labour law principles.
  Experience Required: Minimum 07 years.

2. Thematic Expert (Environment)

• Number of Posts: 01
• Salary: Equivalent to PPS-8
• Minimum Qualification and Experience:
  Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences/Management, Engineering, Administrative Sciences, MBA, Economics, or a related field from a National or International HEC-recognized university with in-depth knowledge of climate change best practices.
  Experience Required: Minimum 07 years.

3. Thematic Expert (Productivity & Quality Assurance)

• Number of Posts: 01
• Salary: Equivalent to PPS-8
• Minimum Qualification and Experience:
  Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering/Management, Quality Management, MBA, Supply Chain Management, or Economics-related field from a National or International HEC-recognized university with in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
  Experience Required: Minimum 07 years.

4. Administrative Officer (HR & Admin, and Accounts)

• Number of Posts: 01
• Salary: Equivalent to PPS-7
• Minimum Qualification and Experience:
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, HRM, Information Technology, Administrative/Operations Management, or a related field from a National or International HEC-recognized university.
  Experience in support services in HR, office administration, accounts, office documentation, and reporting.
  Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years.

5. Research Associates

• Number of Posts: 03
• Salary: Equivalent to PPS-6
• Minimum Qualification and Experience:
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Commerce, Finance, Environmental Science, Law, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Rights, Labour Relations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a National or International HEC-recognized university.
  Must have the ability to distill large amounts of data and communicate it effectively.
  Experience Required: Minimum 03 years.

  • Option 1: Ph.D. in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Textile Sciences, or Textile/Apparel Management from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university with 7 years of professional experience in the public and/or private sector, including proven experience in government policies and programs related to textiles and apparel sectors.
  • Option 2: Master’s in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Textile Sciences, or Textile/Apparel Management from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university with 9 years of professional experience in the public and/or private sector, including proven experience in government policies and programs related to textiles and apparel sectors.
• Age Limit: Maximum 62 (calculated on the closing date of application submission).

  • Option 2: Master’s in Textile Engineering, Advanced Material Engineering, Textile/Fiber Technology, Textile Sciences, Textile/Apparel Management, or Engineering/Technology/Innovation Management from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university with 7 years of professional experience in the public and/or private sector, including proven experience in government policies and programs related to textiles and apparel sectors.

• Required Qualification and Experience:
  • Option 1: Ph.D. in Finance / ACA / ACMA / CMA / MPA / CA / ACCA / Accounts & Finance / Banking & Finance from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university with 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Option 2: Master’s in Finance / ACA / ACMA / CMA / MPA / CA / ACCA / Accounts & Finance / Banking & Finance from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university with 5 years of relevant professional experience.

6. Manager (Information Technology) – MP-III

• Number of Positions: 1
• Required Qualification and Experience:
  • Option 1: Ph.D. in Information Technology (IT) or Computer Sciences (CS) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university with 3 years of professional experience.
  • Option 2: Master’s in Information Technology (IT) or Computer Sciences (CS) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university with 5 years of professional experience.
• Age Limit: Maximum 62.

Terms & Conditions / Instructions:

i. Recruitments will be made as per MP Scales Policy, 2020 issued by the Establishment Division, Government of Pakistan.

ii. Appointments are on a contract basis, initially for 3 years, extendable for up to 2 years annually based on performance.

iii. Candidates must have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, technical and management skills, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
