Requirements:
𝐨 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
𝐨 10 – 12 years of experience in the retail industry, with at least 8 years in a leadership role overseeing product categories similar to hardline.
𝐨 Strong understanding of retail operations, product lifecycle management, and supply chain dynamics.
𝐨 Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
