We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team at Ismail Industries Limited. The ideal candidate will play a key role in material planning for packaging and export-specific raw materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring quality compliance and timely deliveries.
Responsibilities:
· Present and finalize entire material planning of technical/indirect material.
· Negotiation with vendor on material rates, MOQ, lead time and credit terms.
· Ensure quality complaint and timely deliveries.
· Maintain regular supplier scorecard performances.
· Manage supplier audits from an operational capability standpoint.
· Providing monthly analysis and recommendations where targets have not been met.
· Regular updating GOMS.
Skills:
· Good Communication Skills
· MS Office
· SAP MM trained is preferred with complete MRP knowledge
· Problem Solving
