1. Position: Head of H.R. & Administration – ISB, KHI

Brief Job Description:

Develop and lead EXIM Bank’s H.R. & Administration strategy to optimize operational effectiveness.
Ensure the bank becomes an employer of choice through effective H.R. policies, recruitment, workplace practices, and performance systems.
Oversee staff and leadership development, high-potential identification, and succession planning.
Represent H.R. & Administration at board committee meetings and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Execute any other tasks assigned by the CEO & President.

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration or other related fields from an HEC recognized local or international university.

Experience:

A professional with extensive and in-depth knowledge of Human Resources & Administration with at least seven (07) years of relevant work experience, including four (04) years in a leadership role.

2. Position: Head of Compliance – ISB, KHI

Brief Job Description:

Develop and lead EXIM Bank’s compliance strategy to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulations.
Manage bank-wide compliance policies, including KYC, AML/CFT, and proliferation financing.
Promote compliance culture and address noncompliance.
Provide compliance training, manage compliance risks, and maintain an anti-money laundering framework.

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Law, Business, Commerce, or a related field from a leading local or international university recognized by HEC.

Experience:

Minimum of seven (07) years of relevant work experience in a regulated financial institution, with four (04) years in a senior compliance role.

3. Position: Company Secretary – ISB, KHI

Brief Job Description:

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, facilitating effective communication between the Board of Directors and the management.
Oversee corporate governance practices and manage corporate records, contracts, and agreements.
Draft and review agreements, ensure timely submission of statutory filings, and provide legal guidance in decision-making.

Qualification:

A member of a recognized body of professional accountants or a person holding a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or Law from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

Minimum of three (03) years of relevant experience, with experience in dealing with the Board of Directors and corporate governance practices.

4. Position: Senior Officer Procurement – ISB, KHI

Brief Job Description:

Assist the Manager Procurement in planning procurement policies and procedures.
Manage vendor payments, contracts, and documentation, and execute tasks as directed by the Manager.

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration or other related fields from an HEC-recognized local or international university.

Experience:

Minimum of four (04) years of relevant work experience, with two (02) years in a procurement-specific role.
