JOB TITLE & Deputy Manager Operations
HOME LOCATION Karachi – PK
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Lead a team of Supervisors and technicians to complete customer services.
- Short-list, hire and train field staff (supervisors, technicians, helpers etc.) for smooth operations of the ISP Installations.
- Supervise day to day tasks of ISP teams.
- Making sure that ISP Installations are done as per the standards and within the targeted timeline.
- Meeting schedule and deadlines set by the management, preparing, and submitting daily weekly and monthly reports regarding progress and any gaps.
- Audit the quality of the Field team’s work and network record.
- Liaison with other departments for any implementation-related issues.
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
- Writing technical documents like user manuals and training manuals.
- Expertise in MS Excel, using formulas, pivot tables and other features.
- Team building and team management skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Telecom, Electrical, or Computer) or equivalent experience.
- 3-4 years of experience with a Telecom or ISP, specializing in relevant technologies.
- 1-2 years in a team lead or managerial role.
