Job Description:
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial performance reports, including financial due diligence, division-wise capital expenditure summaries, and reconciliations, to support key management decisions.
- Assist in preparing interim and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining the overall chart of accounts including the opening and closing of accounting periods, and coordination of monthly closing activities.
- Assist in preparing budgeted balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Assist in preparing presentations and analysis for Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Chief Financial Officer.
- Assist in preparing financial information in the form of internal management reports to aid decision-making.
- Overall maintenance of records of the initiation and completion of each step in the monthly closing process.
- Coordinate with various process owners to resolve issues and ensure the timely preparation and completion of the Management Report.
- Maintaining data of suppliers, customers, bank accounts, exchange rate and description flex field in ERP.
- Assist in preparing financial statements in accordance with applicable laws and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors for audit purposes.
