Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. As an IT Manager, he will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company’s information technology systems, with a focus on networking and infrastructure.

Education:– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Education:- Minimum of 10 years of proven working experience as an IT Manager, preferably in the textile industry with working on SAP.

Job Description:-

Plan, coordinate, and oversee the implementation and maintenance of all IT systems within the textile industry.
Manage the company’s network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and connectivity.

-Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and develop effective solutions.

Ensure the security and integrity of all data and information systems.
Oversee the administration of servers, workstations, and other IT equipment.

-Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data protection.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Train and mentor IT staff to ensure their professional growth and development.

Required Skills:-

Extensive knowledge and experience in networking, infrastructure, and systems administration.
Proficient in managing Windows and Linux-based operating systems.
Strong understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, VPN, and VLAN configurations.
Experience in managing cloud-based services and virtualization technologies.
Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management software, and other textile industry-specific applications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
