Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced BTL (Below The Line) Specialist responsible for offline product promotion, event planning, advertising production, and marketing activities.
As the BTL Specialist, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to drive brand visibility and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including but not limited to exhibitions, roadshows, promotional activities, etc.
- Manage and coordinate the advertising production process to ensure quality and timely delivery of advertising materials.
- Analyze market data and trends, provide strategic insights and improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure efficient resource utilization and successful project completion.
- Responsible for budget planning and execution, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the BTL field, familiar with the Pakistan market and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively manage stakeholders from various backgrounds.
- Strong team collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel nationwide within Pakistan as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
