Role Overview: As a Plant HR Manager, you typically get assignments in recruiting, training, relocation, employee services and benefits administration to develop your expertise in the different HR processes. As you get more experience, the scope and complexity of assignments gets bigger. In any assignment, however, the below roles, are expected to be played.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building people and leadership capability
  • Driving site organization productivity plans in line with business needs working with business function leaders
  • Developing an adaptive and ambitious organization and a productive environment to deliver increased business results and competitive advantage for the Company
  • Leading the Education & Training (E&T) pillar
  • Leading the Loss Elimination Pillar to deliver the right level of savings
  • Driving PS culture by managing best in class Employee Services delivery
  • Managing HR budgets with full compliance and on time submissions

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with one of the following majors: Human Resources, Business Administration or any relevant majors
  • Prior HR experience is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates can also apply
  • Love solving and analyzing problems to build creative solutions.
  • Know how to set priorities and deliver what you commit to.
  • Love working in a multicultural and diverse environment.
  • Have the ability to learn on the job in a welcoming environment.

A career in Finance at P&G will offer you a broad range of opportunities to grow and learn as a business leader. As a Finance & Accounting Manager, you will:

  • Lead small scale projects and assist in financial analysis to evaluate Sales/Customer Team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, forcasting and analysis.
  • Monitoring and managing the organisation’s bank relationships and liquidity management
  • Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments 
  • Forecasting of medium and long-term cash flow and dividend planning
  • Daily cash management and P2P processes oversight.
  • Foreign exchange risk management and development of foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies
  • Stay updated on regulatory updates, industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (up to 2 years of post qualification experience, but not mandatory)
  • Knowledge of local accounting principles and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software or systems. Apply
