Are you a passionate and innovative B.Sc. Engineering (Chemical or Polymer) graduate, looking to launch your career in Production and Operations? Happilac Paints is seeking a motivated Management Trainee (Production) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste in production processes.
· Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations.
· Manage & supervise daily operations.
· Shade matching of the production batches.
· Prepare and analyze production reports.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities.
· Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
· Degree in Chemical or Polymer Engineering.
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 1 year of relevant experience is a plus.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
