Job Purpose: This role entails carrying out core sales operations pertaining to data analysis, payment recovery, and capital management in alliance with cross-functional stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various departments, including Supply Chain, Finance, WTS, Taxation, IT, and others.
Distributor Capital Management: Streamline the capital flow by managing claims and processing them upfront.
Coordination with Cold Chain & Safety Teams: Work closely to monitor and develop action points on ADMS.
Complaint Resolution: Ensure timely resolution of distributor and consumer complaints received through Raabta and the CEC Portal.
Resource Management: Manage and allocate fuel cards and vehicles to the CD field team.
Payment Recovery: Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to ensure the recovery of SIDA and RTGS payments.
RED (Redistribution) Components Management: Oversee RED resources, vans, and distributor cold stores. Provide salary data to Finance for upfront payments.
Project Coordination: Work with MIS and Transformation Teams to implement CD transformation projects in the field and develop SOPs.
DDO Operations Monitoring: Maintain and monitor DDO operations for selected distributors.
Sales Performance Reporting: Draft analyses and dashboards for daily reporting of sales performance and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Insurance Coordination: Work with the Naya Jeevan Team for Shadbad insurance of RED staff.
Data Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and strategy building for various operations and cold chain projects.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA), Accounting and Finance (ACF), or related fields preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
In-depth financial acumen.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations or other related fields. Apply
