𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Manager Performance Management
𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 : Lahore
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 : Graduate/Masters from HEC recognized university
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 : Minimum 4-6 Years relevant experience.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
■ Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisal aligned with organizational objectives.
■ Collaborate with groups and team leaders to establish clear, measurable, and achievable performance goals that are aligned with the organization’s priorities.
■ Oversee the performance evaluation process, ensuring timely reporting and implementation.
■ Collect bank wide performance rating on quarterly basis.
■ Conduct promotion interviews at the time of performance management activity.
■ Support in developing policy related to performance management.
𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
■ Proficiency in MS- Office, Knowledge of HR policies and practices of banking industry.
■ Knowledge of HR procedures and practices
