Jaffer Brothers (Pvt) Limited is looking for the competent profiles of 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐲

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
Balochistan

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical/civil/mechanical engineering with 5-7 years’ quality experience in a large-scale organization.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Operation performance monitoring & control:
Ensures smooth operation to all the rental clients.
Monitors operation performance including Uninterrupted Operation; Operation staff management; Operation analytical data compiling.
Ascertains skilled operational staff with training and development.
Makes sure that all the documentation is inline.
Service performance monitoring & control:
Aims to ensure smooth services to all the rental clients.
Monitors service performance including timely preventive and corrective maintenance.
Reduces breakdowns.
Services analytical data compiling.
Compiles root-cause analysis reports on faults; cost curtailment; smart forecasting of materials and COGS monitoring; training and development.
Management & Coordination
Decides the targets/KPI of Operation and Service managers.
Ensures smooth departmental coordination along with other cross function coordination.
Supports to look after the overall insurance claims of rental fleet.
Financial
Monitors revenue against log sheets & project-wise cost analysis.
Aims to eventually help the BDMs for correct deployment & material management.
HSEQ
Ensures strict safety compliance (Proper PPE’s and SPE’s, Working Condition, Site risk management).
Arranges safety training for the well-being of the people.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
Excellent Communication skills
Must have Good Principal Handling & Negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of working principle of any machine
Knowledge of Machinery and Products associated with interaction with Principals & customers at various levels.
PEC registration (Valid)
Knowledge of Supply Chain Management
