The said position will be responsible to assist Company Secretary for preparation of folders & working papers for holding Board of Directors’ meetings and general meetings. Filing and reporting of various Forms and Returns to SECP and PSX. Opening of dividend account with Bank. Coordinate for processing of dividends through online banking channels, assistance in issuance of bonus shares. Transfer and arrangement of credit of dividends to non-resident share holders. Review and printing of quarterly financial statements. Respond issues related to the shareholders of the Company. Liaison with shares registrar for various issues related to shareholders. Apply
