Responsibilities:
- Management of Security Operation Center (SOC) processes and to ensure that SOC’s controls, policies, and procedures are operating effectively.
- Revise and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations.
- Establishing SOC performance goals and priorities
- Overseeing SOC activities
- Managing SOC tools and resources
- Reporting to the CISO about security operations
- Providing performance reviews to the SOC team
- Manage and assist in monitoring of correlation rules in Security Monitoring Solutions.
- Provide management oversight for the identification, triage and response of events or incidents of apparent security breaches.
- Lead, supervise and train the SOC Team for effective security monitoring.
- Assist SOC Team in Vulnerability Scanning of the HMB infrastructure.
- Assist SOC Team in the monitoring of File integratory monitoring tool.
- Facilitate IT Division in IS/IT/Regulatory/Internal Audits.
- Perform any other related and relevant task, provided by CISO as and when needed.
