Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited is looking for Payroll Officer for its Corporate Office – ISB.
Key Responsibilities;
- Payroll Processing:
· Verify & process monthly reimbursement claims across KMBL network and coordinate with branches for any discrepancies and resolution.
· Support the payroll team in monthly payroll process to staff across branch network.
· Monthly reconciliation of allowances. - Final Settlements:
· Assist in the calculation and payment of final dues for resigned employees.
· Resolves queries related to final settles from HR and ex-employees.
· Monthly reconciliation of related account - Payment processing:
· Assist in payments processing of employee loans, monthly salary tax and other payroll related payments - Payroll Records & Query Resolution:
· Maintain payroll files ensuring they are up to date and accurate.
· Maintain confidentiality of all compensation & benefit related matters.
· Other reconciliations. - Additional Tasks:
· Any relevant tasks assigned by line manager.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance & Accounts / Business / Commerce from an HEC recognized / overseas institution.
Skills:
Knowledge of basic accounting and various payment systems and scales.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Holds no bars against travel and relocation.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Exhibits and upholds KMBL’s values and social performance objectives.
Duration and Nature of Previous Experience
At least 1 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting and financial management. Candidates with experience in payroll processing will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Support
a) Work collaboratively with internal / external customers for testing of products requiring for the overall enhancement of operational application of core banking system quality.
b) Providing support to business teams for different trouble queries raised form the end users side related to T24.
c) Providing assistance in troubleshooting and resolving issues of reported problems regarding Core Banking System.
d) Management of banking and system related support to address operational queries of branch / business users.
e) Providing support to the business team for different queries raised form the end users side.
f) Escalation of branch / business support issues with Vendors and follow up for resolution.
g) Supervision of HDMS assigned call logs related to Branch & application support.
h) Arranging calls with vendors for T24 pending issues at their end.
i) Developing training/ user guide, user guide for product configurations, lines to end user for error free processing.
j) Guide other department about BRD preparation for new development/bugs of Core banking system; however prepare BRD on behalf of Retail for T-24. - Changes Deployment on Core Banking System:
a) Ensuring complete documentation for bug fix deployment on Core Banking System through HDMS.
b) Supervision of complete testing related to issues & new developments. - User Acceptance Testing and Configuration:
a) Configuration analysis for the new business requirements related to T24 Core Banking System.
b) Configuration of new products, parameters as per business requirement.
c) Changes in product configuration.
d) Implementation of SOC changes.
e) Review current software to identify defects and opportunities to improve performance and stability. - Capacity Building and Additional Tasks:
a) Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices within the function.
b) In coordination with HRD, conduct TNA of Operations staff and make appropriate recommendations/intimate HRD.
c) Assisting in any relevant tasks as and when entrusted by line manager.
Education & Experience:Preferable a Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Commerce / Computer Science from an HEC recognized / overseas institution.
Minimum 8 years ‘experience in a financial institution or similar environment and minimum 5 Years’ experience in T24.
Skills Should have experience in Core Banking projects focusing on T24.
