Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited is looking for Front Office Supervisor for its Corporate Office – ISB.
- Front Desk Management
· Provide friendly, professional and customer centric services as receive and greet internal and external guests
· Provide efficient reception services by screening incoming telephone calls.
· Forward accurate messages as and when required by colleagues
· Proactive response to phone calls and guests. - KMBL IP Exchange Maintenance
· Proactively manage the exchange related issues and ensure timely resolution by engaging vendor.
· Ensure vendor’s correspondence is monitored and service delivery turnaround time is minimized through proactive planning and decision making.
· Create new extensions for new joiners at 4th, 5th and 7th Floor (corporate office) as advised by HR/Admin.
· Generate call deduction report to manage personal calls deductions.
· Monitor and ensure functionality of Fax machine, Printers, scanners at 5th floor. - Senior Management Support
· Sort/ distribute/dispatch mail for 5th Floor.
· Assist Senior Management whenever required
· Ensure Stationery requirements are addressed for 5th Floor
· Assist conference calling after working hours
· Manage MS Outlook calendar for external meetings followed by reminders (as per requirement) - Travel desk Assistance
· Receiving and stamping incoming mail of travel desk.
· Assist Supervisor Corporate Travel & Events in travel arrangement through HDMS. - Meeting Room Allocation
· Maintain and assign meeting rooms on 4th, 5th and 7th Floor for internal and external meetings.
· Ensure Maintenance of Meeting rooms.
· Guide procedure of booking through outlook as & when required.
· Assign Meeting rooms as per requirement and keep a record on MS calendar.
· Monitor and guide support staff to maintain cleanliness at all floors on daily basis.
Educational Qualification: Bachelors in Business Administration from a HEC recognized / overseas universities.
Skills:
· Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
· Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
· Able to perform all aspects of the job exactly as required.
· Able to answer all routine queries and questions
· Highly proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications and inclined towards working in a technology-driven environment.
Duration and Nature of Previous Experience:
Preferably 2 of experience within a bank/financial institution.
Knowledge of Administrative / Management function would be an added advantage.
