FOR EXPERIENCED WOMEN CANDIDATES WITH WORK-GAP
The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is committed to foster the culture of Diversity & Inclusion and to promote such working environment. the Bank is offering a conducive platform for women candidates by launching its “Internship Leading to Return-ship Program” FY-2024. Applications are invited from ambitious and motivated female individuals who for some reason took break from their professional career for two (02) years or more and wish to start again by pursuing a rewarding career in Banking and financial sector. The selected Women candidates will be placed in different areas of our nationwide operations based on their qualification and experience.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Education / Institutes: Minimum Bachelors/Master’s or equivalent of any discipline and/or 16 years of education, from well reputed HEC recognized local institutes / foreign universities.
Experience: Experienced Women candidates with a prior work experience of minimum two (02) years, with a latest work-gap of minimum two (02) years.
Minimum GPA / requirements: Minimum CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 or 60% overall percentage marks / first Division in recent degree or equivalent.
Age: Experienced Candidates: Minimum of 32 years & above
Grade Range: Officer Grades (0G-IV to 0G-11)
