Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Senior Manager Microbiology for its Pharmaceuticals business based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan tasks related to microbiological testing and conduct routine microbiological area monitoring.
Generate microbiological reports for raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials.
Ensure compliance with all SOPs and adhere to GMP, GLP, and HSE practices.
Conduct timely microbiological testing of all raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials.
Generate reports and documents related to area monitoring.
Prepare test solutions, volumetric solutions, and standardise them in accordance with USP/BP or any other standard pharmacopoeia.
Perform daily testing of purified water.
Participate in maintaining workplace safety and safe material handling.
Ensure general cleanliness and housekeeping standards are upheld.

Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager Quality Control for its Pharmaceuticals business based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain quality control standards in compliance with guidelines and DRAP requirements.
Prepare and review SOPs, specifications, and test methods.
Ensure the servicing and calibration (internal/external) of installed equipment.
Ensure timely and effective testing of raw and packaging materials, finished, and semi-finished products.
Assign daily planning to analysts and microbiologists.
Enforce good laboratory and documentation practices, participating as an internal auditor for internal audits.
Facilitate effective communication with regulatory, production, and BD departments.
Conduct stability studies analysis of finished products and develop test methods for new products.
Maintain inventory of reagents, working standards, and reference standards for laboratory operations.
Communicate effectively with management regarding OPEX, CAPEX, and regulatory requirements of the laboratory.
