Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Manager Maintenance for its Soda Ash manufacturing facility based in Khewra.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability of plant equipment as per the budgeted target through SAP-based preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance systems. Prepare strategies to minimise equipment downtime.
- Deliver plant equipment availability through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to meet business production targets. Ensure asset integrity through the allocation and efficient implementation of capital budgets, focusing on future requirements arising from equipment condition and business strategy. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical developments in plant technology to encourage the Plant Maintenance team to propose new equipment or changes in existing equipment to optimise asset utilisation.
- Achieve financial KPIs for the area as per the assigned target. Ensure asset integrity through proactive planning, budgeting, and efficient implementation of capex.
- Ensure performance management for the identification of individual learning and development needs of the Plant maintenance team, focusing on LCI Success Factors. Ensure the development and implementation of improvement plans for individuals based on identified needs.
- Ensure industrial harmony through an active and positive role in matters related to the human resources of the section, including but not limited to unionised teams, to maximise team utilisation and the conversion of all resources to achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and good practices through training, minimise reworks through the analysis of breakdowns and the elimination of identified causes, and identify avenues for improvement in maintenance practices through research on the latest maintenance and management tools.
- Identify avenues for improvement in equipment efficiencies and implement improvement plans. Ensure asset integrity through the identification and effective utilisation of capital budgets.
- Ensure the recording history of maintenance activities, routing of procurement and store issuance activities, planning of maintenance activities, and analysis of financial and technical progress of the respective section through SAP.
Other Skills:
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
