We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our finance team as an Assistant Manager – Finance (Accounts Payable). Key Responsibilities:

Managing the Overall Supply Chain Accounts:
• Oversee and manage the entire accounts payable process within the supply chain.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Processing of Vendor Payments and Ensure Compliance with SOPs:
• Execute and supervise the processing of vendor payments in accordance with established SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations during payment transactions.
Resolving Vendor Payment Issues on a Day-to-Day Basis:
• Proactively address and resolve any vendor payment issues that may arise on a day-to-day basis.
• Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline payment processes.
Performing Monthly Closing Activities:
• Lead and participate in monthly closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Preparing Accounts Payable Reports for Top Management Reporting:
• Generate comprehensive accounts payable reports for top management reporting.
• Provide insights and analysis on key financial metrics related to accounts payable.
Preparation of Dashboard Reporting for Trend Analysis:
• Develop and maintain dashboard reports for trend analysis in accounts payable.
• Identify and communicate key trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
