Amreli Steels Limited is seeking talented professionals for the following position:
Position: Assistant Engineer- Electrical Maintenance (Shifts Based Position)
Job Requirements:
Qualification: BE Degree in Electrical/ Electronics
Experience: 2 to 3 years relevant experience of Electrical Maintenance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Experience of handling maintenance operations PLCs, AC/DC Drives, Hardware loops, Instruments including HMDs, Pyrometers, Loop Scanners, Photocells, Proximity Sensors, LVDTs, Light Curtains, Temperature/Pressure/Flow Transmitters, Solenoids, Encoders, etc. Distribution & Rectifier Transformers, LV/MV Switchgears, VCBs, ACBs, MCCBs, Protection Relays, Phase Protection Relays, Overloads and Contactors, PLCs.
- Knowledge of voltage levels (H.T/ Medium/ L.T/ Control Voltage), switch gear panel, L.T Distribution, Protection Equipment & Automation Systems.
- Knowledge of using SAP for making reservations & raising Purchase Requisitions.
- Capable of contributing to spare Planning & Management with identification of Critical Spares & awareness of Store Stock Inventory.
- Understanding SLDs, Power & control loops, and capable to supervise Electrical Maintenance activities to ensure healthiness and availability of Electrical equipment for better Plant utilization
