Eligibility: BS in Computer Science or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience
Responsibilities include:
- Implement and maintain servers and storage infrastructure from leading vendors such as DELL, HP, IBM, Sangfor, EMC, and NetApp.
- Manage both Windows and Linux environments, including NAS and SAN configurations.
- Oversee Microsoft Technologies stack including Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, SCOM, DNS, DHCP, HyperV, HyperV Clustering, and SQL Clustering.
- Administer Microsoft Cloud Services including M365 Security administration, Office, Teams, MFA, Defender AV, InTune, IAM, and BitLocker.
- Manage Azure Cloud Services such as Entra AD, Sharepoint, SQL, VM/Apps Hosting & Security, and Dev/SecOps implementations.
- Implement and maintain HyperConverged Technology solutions including HCI, VDI, vSAN, vSwitch, vDR, Backup & Replication.
- Ensure infrastructure availability through various methods including OS Cluster, DB Cluster, HCI Cluster, Backup & Recovery, and Disaster Recovery planning.
- Provide support and troubleshooting assistance through Service Desk platforms like Ivanti, SCSM, MEService Desk, etc.
