Position: Executive (Data Analysis)

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE

• To understand business data requirement, provide quality data analysis and give value added insights to customer care, commercial, finance and other business units, which can help them to make better business decisions for organizational growth.
• To enable self service capabilities in data analysis solution. Script automation for periodic delivery of data/reports
• Deep dive on business data observation, reconciliation, and quality assurance
• To structure and present the data statistically in different graphs by using tools like Power BI, Python, DV, Excel and MicroStrategy and storytelling.

Qualification:

Experience:

• Exploratory data analysis and data pipelines (ETL/ELT)

Position: Manager (SAP Netweaver)

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE

• Manager Netweaver has to ensure availability and daily operations of the entire SAP landscape for smooth functioning of the system for all the business users.
• To also ensure that all the allied services that depend on the integration of the SAP platform are also running as per the desired service level.
• The position is a bridge between Level 1 and level 3 (principal vendor) for resolving day-today bugs and security challenges.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Application issues troubleshooting, Incidents managements, Provide L2 support, system monitoring and analyzing alerts. SAP (S/4 Hana) Platform administration, Monitor system performance and provide proactive maintenance as needed.
• Applying Support Package, Kernel patch upgrade, TMS configuration and Transport administration (Transport strategy), maintaining operation modes and profile parameters, background job management.
• SAP (S/4 Hana) System configuration, installation, and design/configure activities necessary for the build.
• SAP Backup and Recovery – Provide user access and authorizations – SAP Cloud connector connections management and resolving integration exceptions.
• SAP Application security fixes implementation. – Creation and follow up of SRs with vendor (SAP ECS) – Manage early watch alerts and plan system maintenance activities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• Masters in Computer Sciences.

Experience:

• Hands on experience of SAP S/4 HANA platform administration and configurations (SAP S/4 HANA, FIORI, SLT, SOLMAN, SAP Router), upgrades, SSO configuration, installation of SSL certificates.
• Experience of SAP system upgrades, patching, and enhancement packages.
• SQL/ABAP troubleshooting performance issue optimization of the code.
• Experience of Incidents management, Role-based access controls, Audit, governance and security compliance.

Competencies:

• SAP S/4 Hana administration and configuration.
• Incident management and Application operations.
• Service support and vendors management.
• IT Service Management.
