Eligibility: BS/BBA or Equivalent
Experience: 2 – 5 years
Responsibilities include:
- Processing of share transfer deceased or sale including STC Resolution and co-ordination with CDC
- Revalidation of FDDs and Duplicate issuances of FDDs to shareholders
- Online transferring of unclaimed dividends for dividends outstanding from D-45 & onwards
- Updating information of shareholders – e.g. IBAN, Change of Address, etc.
- Processing payment cycle of dividends on a fortnightly basis
- Processing of interim and final cash dividends and coordination with CDC – Local Shareholders
- Updating IMC website for corporate information
- Reconciliation of Unclaimed Dividends and Unpaid Dividends, updated monthly
- Correspondence with CDC on various shareholders and corporate matters
- Reviewing changes of SROs and preparation of drafts for circulation of information
- Assisting Company Secretary and AM Corporate on various corporate matters
