We are Hiring Customer Support Officer for our Karachi office.
𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: Bachelor’s/Master from HEC-recognized University
𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service or a related role with strong communication skills.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Prepare and distribute customer activity reports.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to the management.
- Deal directly with customers, either by telephone or electronically, for complaints and queries.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Ensure all complaints are acknowledged in a timely manner and customers are kept informed throughout the complaint process.
- Provide pricing and delivery information to customers where required.
- Perform customer verifications of orders, deliveries, and fixings.
- Directs requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource for timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, comments, and complaints, and document corrective actions taken against complaints while maintaining a customer database. Apply
