MCB Islamic Bank is inviting CVs for the position of “𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿” in the Marketing Division.

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Lahore

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: At least HEC-recognized Bachelors Degree (Preferably in Graphic Design, Fine Arts)

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 2-3 years of relevant work experience

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Review design briefs and determine requirements for various mediums.
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements .
Prepare initial drafts and present ideas.
Create illustrations, logos and other designs.
Adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring the use of appropriate colors and layouts.
Closely work with the team of seasoned marketing and communications professionals to create visually appealing designs.

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

Proven graphic design experience.
Demonstrable portfolio of illustrations and other design-related projects.
Proficient in design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Animation skills would be considered a valuable asset.
