Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Assistant Manager R&D at its Pharmaceuticals business based in Hattar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a formulation scientist with expertise in formulation, pre-formulation, and physical pharmacy.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in pre-formulation, formulation, process development, and analytical sciences for product development, including commercial projects.
- Conduct characterisations of APIs, excipients, packaging, and device compatibility.
- Develop robust lab-scale, pilot-scale, and commercial-scale manufacturing processes based on Quality by Design (QbD) principles, utilising Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Review and analyse pertinent stability data from lab-scale, pilot-scale, R&D, and GMP stability studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., production, purchasing, quality control, quality assurance) on the scale-up and technology transfer of processes from R&D to commercial functions.
- Lead and/or participate in activities related to process development, process verification/qualification, process pre-validation, process validation, site and equipment qualification in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality industry-standard technical documents (protocols, reports, technical memorandums, position papers, etc.).
- Independently draft and/or review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Contribute to the drafting of relevant sections of dossiers for generic, innovative, or super-generic product submissions.
