DHL Global Forwarding Jobs Account Executive:
DHL Global Forwarding is currently looking forward for an “Account Executive” Karachi based.
We are seeking applications for the position of “Accounts Executive”. The incumbent will be responsible to oversee and manage the collection, verification, processing of supplier’s invoices in accounting system, coordinating with different departments for cost differences, processing of expense reports and vendor account reconciliation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handling daily activities for the accounts payable function.
- Work with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
- Process general reconciliations, account disbursements, and adjust vendor invoices.
- Prepare manual receipt as and when required.
- Booking admin general expenses.
- Maintenance & reconciliation of advances to vendors.
- Maintain 3rd Party services payment schedule.
- Assist to line manager in daily work & during audits.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably at multinational or renowned local companies.
- Must have bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Possess a positive mindset and flexible with a can-do attitude.
- Must have interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong command over Microsoft Office and other related software. Apply
