Position: Branch Manager Retail Banking
Academic Qualification: Graduation preferably in Sales & Marketing from a HEC-recognized institute/university
Required Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of related banking experience
Main Responsibilities:
- Development and execution of structured sales plans based on sound knowledge of market variables and customers’ needs.
- Consistent delivery of sales numbers with a view to remaining at par with the monthly target.
- Enhancement of the bank’s image by maintaining a customer friendly and vibrant environment within the branch and close contact with other service providers and external business partners.
- Business development through typical activities like; formulating, implementing/monitoring of future strategies, sales plans and activities to acquire new customers as well as deepen existing relationships, and aligning these with the business goals.
- Foster a culture for teamwork through encouraging cross-selling efforts across all channels.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines specified by regulatory (internal & external) authorities as well as SOPs.

- Good communication skills: both written and spoken.
- Excellent sales and relationship management skills.
- Good team building, conflict & time management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of banking system, policies, procedures & products.
