Tecno Auto Glass is looking to hire Supervisor Fabrication Shop.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

· Supervision and management of fabrication shop.
· Ensuring 5S of shop floor.
· Scheduling of tasks and assignments.
· Efficient utilization manpower.
· Ensuring proper documentation in fabrication shop.
· Meeting timelines of each work order.
· Conducting mold maintenance as per system and making of new molds.
· Ensuring maintenance of all machines and equipment of fabrication shop.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: DAE in Mechanical engineering from well reputed Institutes (Preferable).

EXPERIENCE: At least 10 years’ experience in fabrication shop with metal works in any reputable organization.

Tecno Auto Glass is looking to hire Product Engineer (Aftermarket)

RESPONSIBILTIES:

· Candidate should have relevant (Product development) experience of
Aftermarket products.
· Could be able to study Product design through physical samples & present feasibility report to HOD.
· Analyze materials and tools requirement to develop the product through reverse engineering on fast track with the utilization of limited resources.
· Should be able to prepare brief project plan with clear objectives. Considering aftermarket customers requirement. Monitor & ensure progress accordingly.
· Should able to analyze tool requirements and prepare cost effective proposal accordingly & Engineers estimate for management approvals.
· Should be able to use 3D design software tools to analyze and communicate design requirements with tool shop team.
· Should have excellent technical skills to propose simple ideas for fast track
development of tools, Jigs & fixtures in-house.
· Should have good command in office & design software’s i.e. MS Office, Excel, Word, PPT, AutoCAD, CREO / PRO-E / CATIA / Solid Works / Solid Edge etc.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION; DAE / B.TECH in Mechanical engineering from well reputed Institute/University.

EXPERIENCE: At least 04 ~ 05 years of relevant experience will be preferred.

· Candidate should have relevant (Computer Aided Designing) experience of automotive sector.
· Could be able to design & study Product, prepare its drawings, design analysis & comparison.
· Coordinate with Product Engineer to understand product specifications based on design study.
· Should be able to document & records all technical details regarding product & support product engineer to prepare product control cards.
· Should be able to use 3D design software tools to analyze and communicate design requirements with product engineer.
· Should have excellent skills in designing of Product, tools, Jigs & fixtures.
· Should have excellent command in designing software’s i.e AutoCAD,
CREO/PRO-E, CATIA, Solid Works, and Solid Edge.
· Should have good operating skills in Office software i.e. Excel & PowerPoint etc.
