Position Title: Engineer E&P – Head Office – Lahore
Position Type: Permanent Position
Summary:
To understand the art and science of equipment fleet maintenance consisting of around 300 pieces of machinery, to monitor their gainful deployment (cost versus revenue earned), minimize each out flow through external rental, identify and arrange equipment as per deployment commitments, maintain an economically feasible inventory of services and critical ( hard to get) spare parts.
Job Description:
- Make sure that equipment and plants are readily available at project sites
- Decrease and minimize breakdown time of equipment(s) fleet to accelerate work progress
- Take measures for preventive maintenance of all equipment and implement preventive maintenance norms
- Supervise POL receipt, storage/consumption and to reconcile the same with consumption trends of each equipment
- Arrange equipment at sites to fill voids due to non-availability of company owned equipment
- Keep perpetual updates of rental equipment to ensure that no hired equipment remained deployed at sites
- Get repair and maintenance costs incorporated in bid proposals and mentioning them through monthly cost reports
- Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude
Minimum Qualifications:
BE/ME Mechanical.
Minimum Experience:
5 to 10 years of rich experience in the relevant area of work. Must have hands on experience on SAP (ETM) module
