Five Rivers Technologies Jobs Data Scientist:
FiveRivers Technologies is looking for a Data Scientist with 2+ years of experience. The selected candidate will predominantly be working on our project related to Natural Language Processing, Prompt Engineering, Optimization and Recommendation Systems.
Requirements:
. Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
. BS or MS (preferable) degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science/AI or relevant field.
. Adept in Python Programming, Problem Solving and Algorithm Design.
. Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning, with experience in SciKit Learn, TensorFlow and PyTorch.
. Familiar with Natural Language Processing, including classical NLP techniques, RNNs, Transformers, Zero-Shot Learning, Language Models and relevant libraries like SpaCy and HuggingFace.
. Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM based apps, with experience using LangChain library.
. Experienced in Recommendation Systems.
. Skilled in Data Wrangling, Statistics, Data Analysis and Data Visualization with libraries like Pandas, SciPy, Matplotlib and Seaborn.
. Competence in reading and understanding research papers and articles.
. Familiarity with Optimization Algorithms would be preferred.
Responsibilities:
. Gather and pre-process text data from various sources, such as social media, web data, or user-generated content.
. Tokenize and clean text data to prepare it for NLP tasks, including removing stop words, punctuation, and special characters.
. Create meaningful features from text data, such as word embeddings, TF-IDF vectors, and other representations.
. Develop NLP models using techniques like NLU or NLG.
. Design and create prompts or queries for NLP models, especially in the context of question-answering systems or text generation tasks.
. Fine-tune and optimize NLP models for specific tasks like sentiment analysis, text summarization, or named entity recognition.
. The project process might include Hyperparameter tuning and architecture selection.
. Build recommendation models using techniques like collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, or hybrid methods.
. Implement personalized recommendation algorithms to enhance user experience.
. Evaluate model accuracy, precision, recall, or other relevant metrics.
. Suggest A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of recommendation algorithms in real-world scenarios.
. Ensure the project complies with data privacy regulations and ethical guidelines.
. Deploy NLP and recommendation models into production environments.
. Continuously monitor the performance of deployed models.
. Experiment with different NLP techniques, recommendation algorithms, and optimization strategies to improve project outcomes.
