Job Specification for the Post of New Product Development Engineer:
- Knowledge of efficacious formula development.
- Knowledge of Baby care & skin care product development.
- R&D of New product development and able to recommend improvement in Existing Products.
- Work closely with their Lead to support calendarized launches in all stages from concept to on-counter
- Identify potential technical and regulatory issues, proactively establish, and implement an action plan to ensure issues are not realized in market.
- Set Bill of Materials for Newly developed products
- Collaborate/communicate with external raw material suppliers.
- Responsible for the day-to-day communication with packaging vendors.
Requirements & Details:
- Department: NPD
- Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Qualification: B.C.T/B.E (Chemical)
- Location: Factory
