Chughtaiz is seeking energetic, result-oriented, and ambitious individuals to join us as Business Development Executives for Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad.

Job Description:

Provided new ideas for systems, process improvement, and organization.
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
Assist the Business Development team with Key projects and tasks.
Assist, establish, and maintain strong working relationships with the Business Development team.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Engage prospects through relevant channels such as social media, events, campaigns, queries, and email with a view to developing them into qualified leads.
Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
Coordinate with the associated sales manager to align selling efforts.
Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business.
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems (We’ll provide training for that).

Skill and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (Preferable) in sales, business management, or marketing field from well-reputed HEC-recognized universities.
1-2 years of Experience (Preferable)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Proficient in Urdu and English
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Salary: good salary with a very attractive commission structure. An average 6-month-old performing team member of the same position take home salary plus commission is between 300-500k
Time: 10.30 AM TO 7.30 PM
