ATCO Laboratories Jobs Associate / Deputy Manager Material Planning:

Position: Associate / Deputy Manager Material Planning
Location: Site Area, Karachi
Qualification: MBA, BBA – Supply Chain
Experience: At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience is required, preferably p.h.a.r.m.a.c.e.u.t.i.c.a.l.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise the planning and ordering of time-critical materials to support supply team, while minimizing freight costs and maintaining optimal inventory levels (avoid both shortages and overages)
inventory management across the site related to the direct materials.
Responsible to raise & review all the required materials Purchase requisitions.
Expert in MRP Execution in large volume of business
Responsible to control all slow-moving materials and timely inform to the stakeholder for its liquidation before expiry.
Coordination with warehouse team for space and arrange material considering to the space management especially high turnover / bulk materials.
Responsible for all changeover materials till liquidation and destruction.
Responsible to transfer all materials from plant to plant
Responsible to incorporate new material induct in BOM and ensure to close the old materials activity in system.
Responsible and coordinate with warehouse, QC, QA and other stakeholders for block inventory till garbage & write-off in system.
Responsible to follow & coordinate with procurement team to Push / pull material activity considering the net demand requirement
Responsible for stocks maintain as per SOPs considering the LT of materials
Identify and lead process improvement initiatives related to bulk material execution
Balance inventory and supply planning while maintaining targeted customer service levels
Create & maintain material master SOPs / SLA.
Daily Liaison with Plant operation team and publish Plan vs Actual KPI status on weekly basis
Responsible for induction of new products in portfolio considering the capacity management.
Expert in SAP Power BI & Advance excel.
