Position Title: Demand & Supply Planning Executive
Location: Head Office, Lahore
- Prepare a weekly production plan considering the sales demand and FG stock available in a warehouse by optimizing capacity.
- Keep close coordination with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, and Sales Department regarding the requirement of material/production/FG stock demand.
- Conduct the supply review meeting.
- Sales Forecast Vs Actual ordering analysis.
- Coordinate with procurement and ensure availability of Raw & Packing Materials.
- Coordinate with procurement and R&D for liquidation/replacement of short expired/expired raw materials.
- Prepare actual weekly production vs planned production report and share with line manager.
- Coordinate with the sales team for the lifting of slow-moving SKUs.
- Prepare and share monthly reports of slow-moving SKUs with Sales Team.
