The City School Jobs Senior Mistress : The City School is looking to fill out the position of Senior Mistress at their campus in Attock.
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Head Master/ Mistress or substitute in the absence of the Head in the day-to-day running of the school.
- The role involves supporting the headmaster/ headmistress in creating morale and confidence among the teaching staff.
- To support the Head Master/ Head Mistress in managing the branch/section, with particular emphasis on all academic and administrative concerns related to teaching and learning.
- To conduct teacher evaluation by means of class observations, copy-checking, and other evaluative procedures. Provide them guidance where required/
- Keep up to date with curriculum developments and ensure that all staff members are aware of new initiatives and how they will be implemented. Provide support to them.
- Maintain the soft board of the school.
- Arrange appointments with parents of weak students.
- Assist the Head in preparing timetables.
- To arrange meetings and maintain minutes of meetings.
- Planning and organizing extracurricular activities.
- To prepare for Midyear and Annual Exams.
- Calculation and checking of remarks on duplicate reports.
- Assist in syllabus break-up and monitoring.
- Coordination of course coverage.
- Substitute for absent teachers and maintain substitution logbook.
- Provide feedback to the Head regarding students and stall to ensure smooth communication.
- Carry out regular assessments of students’ performance and analysis of data.
