We are looking for Manager Sales for our Karachi Office

Job Description:

Lead the team toward achievement of sales targets, ensure to maintain the sales volume along with profitability of branch, Prepare the plan, strategy for effective sales and brand position.
Utilizing the PMS to manage the sales tasks, pipeline and closing of projects, Monitoring and evaluate the day to day activities and guide the team to achieve their goals Visit the top potential clients with team, Visit the top potential Architects with team, and Visit the top Electrical Engineers with team, planning for targeted clients to bring the client on FCL board.
Control the credit in market, Control the unnecessary discounts to maintain the profitability, Planning for elimination of more than 90 days credit
Evaluation and monitoring the team plans and their activates, Establish the sales objective with the help of sales forecasting of team.
Analyze the sales data through reports and coach the team at their higher performance
Coordinating with BD team for leads and adopt the mutual effort to achieve the goal.
Evaluation of individuals and place their position for next level in succession planning (up to Asst. Manager)
Asses the strength and weakness of the team, manage to keep the team motivate
Monitor competitors’ products, sales, pricing and marketing activities to understand competitor strategy.
Ensure the implementation of sales and after sales SLAs of company.
Develop a successor for himself and ensure succession planning for all key positions in branch Oversee all e-mail correspondence or updates with customers.
Ensure preparation and maintenance of sales PMS system and data analysis of sales and recovery from ERP system.
Ensure consistent achievement of branch sales and recovery targets.
Attend national or international industrial fairs with RBM to promote FAST brand and identify prospective clients/customers for business.
