Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Assistant Maintenance Manager at our Soda Ash manufacturing facility in Khewra.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply to and implement the Company’s values, policies, procedures and legislative requirements in Plant-A area in order to contribute to achieving business HSE&S KPIs. This includes, but is not limited to, development and implementation of area specific HSE&S improvement plans aligned with business improvement plans, conducting risk assessments of maintenance activities & delivering trainings on them, ensuring delivery of daily tool box talks and monthly employee communications, conducting housekeeping rounds and behavior based safety audits, highlighting learning events and closing ones related to own responsibility and conception and implementation of HSE initiatives.
- Ensure availability of Plant-A equipment as per budgeted target through SAP based preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance system. Prepare strategies to minimise equipment downtime.
- Ensure asset integrity through efficient allocation and implementation of capital budgets with focus on future requirements arising from equipment condition and business strategy.
- Stay abreast of knowledge regarding technical developments in the plant technology in order to encourage the Plant-A Maintenance team to propose new equipment or changes in existing equipment to optimise asset utilisation.
- Deliver financial KPIs for the area as per the assigned target.
- Ensure performance management by identifying learning and development needs of Plant-A Maintenance team with focus on Success Factors. Ensure development and implementation of improvement plans for individuals based on identified needs.
- Ensure industrial harmony through an active and positive role in matters related to the human resource , including but not limited to unionised teams, in order to maximise team utilisation and conversion of all resources to achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance to engineering standards and good practices through trainings, minimising reworks through analysis of breakdowns and elimination of identified causes, identification of avenues for improvement in maintenance practices through research on latest maintenance and management tools.
- Identify avenues for improvement in equipment efficiencies and implement improvement plans.
- Carry out record-keeping of maintenance activities, routing of procurement and store issuance activities and analysis of financial and technical progress of respective section through SAP.
- Ensure implementation of ISO 9001-2015 requirements are met.
Other Skills:
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, interpersonal and listening skills
